Costa Nord Immobiliare srl, a company that deals with the development and management of tourist facilities, it took over the management of the Residence Lu Lamoni in March 2018 10th.

We are pleased to inform our guests that renovations have been carried out. A great overall renovation to make this corner of paradise even more welcoming.

Air conditioning was installed in all the apartments, new kitchens were installed, the interior furnishings were renewed, the external facades, Wi-Fi coverage in all rooms and the beds were replaced to improve the quality of sleep.
